Support

Caretta has a helpdesk service through which questions of its customers are evaluated and answered by its staff specialized in Microsoft products. Support services can be given not only over the phone but also on-site as part of a solution.

Questions coming through telephone, fax and e-mail from the customers are answered free of charge if the problem could be solved within 10 minutes. If the support event would take more than 10 minutes then, in accordance with the request of the customer, a priced service is given either on-site or remotely.

Supports given by Caretta can be grouped in three headings:

1. Product Installation:
To get the most out of Microsoft software development tools, programming languages and database applications fully and professionally, an expert team should make the installation. Caretta gives installation support with its experienced team.

2. Product Usage:
Support given on errors encountered or how-to information on using the Microsoft Office applications.

3. Programming:
Support given on programming the Microsoft Office applications in macro, Visual Basic and ASP.
